If you type make, you end up with local modifications to this file. I guess it is yet another intermediate file that the fldigi authors have decided to check into git. This commit updates it to the output I get when building it on my laptop. It is potentially the case that this differs from build box to build box, in which case we are going to be very sad.
You might like to check that if you merge this and run make, you don't end up with local modifications to that file.
It may well be possible to drop this file entirely from the repo. I think it will just be built when you type make. I do not know.
