make Chinese translation support both Simplified and Traditional script #20

The existing Chinese translation is in the Simplified script, which is good for people from mainland China, but not everyone from Hong Kong and Taiwan can read it. I've therefore generated a version in the Traditional script. I did this by putting the existing Simplified Chinese translation through the converter in Wenlin 4, and checking the places Wenlin flagged up as needing manual attention (which Wenlin helps you to do as it tells you the English meaning of each alternative).

For reference, my level of spoken Chinese is reasonable and I've done much translation in informal settings but I do not have any formal qualifications in the language. That should however be more than adequate for this task because the Simplified Chinese translation already exists and all I had to do was change the script.

Thanks for your translation efforts, I will pass this to the translations team.As this is not the primary working copy of the source code, we cannot apply the patch to this repository, otherwise it will diverge from the upstream code. When we fix the issue upstream it will become available in this repository at the next software release.
