Android app name is missing #43

Describe the bug

The android app title is not available anymore.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1) Download the recent version of the app on the Google Play Store 2) Scroll through apps on device 3) The app does not have a name only the icon

Expected behavior The app should have a name.

Thanks for your interest in the NHS Covid-19 App. This issue has now been fixed.
