Minor filename typo fix - Rename maint.tf -> main.tf

Thank you for your contribution to the NHS Covid-19 application. As this is not the primary working copy of the source code, we cannot apply the patch to this repository, otherwise it will diverge from the upstream code. When we fix the issue upstream it will become available in this repository at the next software release.

Presumably it could still be applied. The process is just a bit slower if it has to be applied to the primary working copy first, and then eventually code will be pushed from there to github.

It should be possible to do that while keeping commit IDs in tact, in which case github would recognise that the merge has happened.
