Spacing of bars/rows on spine chart #4

Hi

Thanks for the work you've done on this. Really useful to be able to use these tools to recreate the Fingertips charts for custom selections of the data. Apologies if I'm doing something wrong but is it possible to reduce the spacing between the bars/rows? I have tested the code in the vignette and reduced the bar width parameter to 0.1 which reduces the bar width but the gaps between the bars remain the same.

This is resolved by adjusting the height parameter when saving the output through ggsave.
