Add Open Source Hardware logo to Line Sensor PCB #13

Urgency: Revision 2? Artefacts impacted: line_sensor_1p1_brd.pdf and its underlying PCB ECAD.

As in #5 add, if the project is compatible, add the Open Source Hardware logo. As mentioned in that issue, it would enable us to write to Open Source friendly web sites and get more exposure and publicity for the project.

When we are happy that we are appropriately compliant with published guidelines, we will consider that.
