Make provision for bluetooth serial #23

In the next revision, consider changing the auxiliary serial port so that it is compatible with common serial bluetooth modules such as the HC-05. Three changes are needed:

A small change in position so that the module can be inserted directly into a suitable socket.
a voltage divider on the TX pin so that output signals are restricted to 3 Volts
rearrange the pin order for compatibility with the module.
