On the sensor boards, I made a stupid mistake. One I knew might happen but forgot to check.
The holes for the phototransistors are too small for the leads.
The leads have little nibs on them:
These nibs will not pass though the holes and must be filed flat.
Tedious but simple and I will revise the board for the next release.
