Descriptions for Terraform variables #1

Is it possible to add descriptions for each Terraform variable in https://github.com/ukncsc/mail-check/blob/master/Terraform/prod-env/prod-env/variables.tf to further assist grokin'.

Hi, We have added descriptions to all of the variables in release 1.8
