Remove conda-forge channel specification?

I think the conda-forge channel specification was to ensure you were on the bleeding edge in 2018.

Today, we no longer need that specification to ensure the new compilers (which are now gcc 9) are being used.

Would you want me to update this as part of https://github.com/ukoethe/vigra/pull/486
