The shopping cart has some issues with adding items

There seems to be a bug with the shopping cart.

Adding items does not work correctly. Il'l re-write this component to use the "new" angular material dialog box instead of the "custom" one.

The component should not contain any non GUI logic… this is what should be displayed:

• [x] The recipes to craft / shop for
• [x] Reagents needed
• [x] Items that the user want to buy
• [x] What items to buy
• [x] What items are already in your bag (not counting non-reagents)
• [x] Allow for selecting a seperate cost strategy for the shopping cart
• [x] Generate a shopping string for the reagents from AH
• [x] What items are not at AH or in your inventory, but could be farmed and where
• [x] Support importing add-on data
• [x] Support using the crafting utility
• [x] Re-activate the menu item (disabled temporarily until this is fixed)
• [x] Verify that it updates accordingly when switching realm or auction data updates (re-calculates)
