[ ] Test installing LIKWID with spack. ACCESSMODE=perf_event and BUILDDAEMON=false are the default so it should work out of the box.
[ ] Add LIKWID to dependencies of a test
[ ] Add likwid-perfctr to the application line in ReFrame
