Performance Portability Post-Processing #79

Bristol are working on developing a Python-based performance portability library to post-process the data from the benchmark framework to produce the performance portability plots, metrics, etc. in an easy and configurable way.

Interesting metrics we want to generate are:

The interfaces will need to be co-designed with the other post-processing work in #70.
