Configure HTTP port with apptool #22

The bin/apptool console script should provide a command line option to 
configure the port for the 
HTTP server to listen on. The default port is 8080.

At the moment this can only be changed by editing etc/server.conf and 
etc/<your_app_id>-
supervisor.conf.
