Experiencing problems with fcgiserver.py when importing modules #56

Some people are reporting strange import behaviors. This is very likely caused 
by the way we load and execute Python modules.

Both, our fcgiserver.py and the SDK's dev_appserver.py, use the technique 
described in PEP 338, but we seem to have some tiny differences.
