Support for automatic image thumbnailing #66

The latest SDK 1.3.6 introduces automatic image thumbnailing in the Images API 
using get_serving_url().

We can provide a similar functionality by serving directly through NGINX from 
the Blobstore.

To be discussed: Storing and caching resized/cropped image variants on demand.
