Transactional Tasks don't work #75

The Google App Engine 1.3.1 release introduced transactional task creation. 
This feature seems to be broken in TyphoonAE.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Add a new task within a GAE transaction.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The task gets executed outside the transaction.
