LED matrix output is not correct #1

Output onto LED matrix on the board is transposed and shifted by one line.

Problem seems to be related to incorrect connection of LED matrix to driver. "Segments" in driver refer to columns, and "DIG" refer to rows. image Also, "SEG" are named weirdly: image Datasheet link.

TODO: change the schematics and redraw PCB.
