Can we do a random select on the ILAWs carried by CDF. Ideally I'd like a 2/3 1/3 split in favour of HP variants.

HEDP causes alot of wounds for players and nearly every group type carries a HE ILAW which just means one ILAW takes out a C/S for a good while. ILAW HPs are way less effective at damaging infantry. Happy it creates enough threat and excitement without being too damaging
