ACE - Medical information request

Could we be provided with a link to the location of where most medical settings are stored (Git link to various config files, scripts etc.) to allow us to view core values, and to identify and understand features.

This is primarily for SPO2 and the Coma script currently as well as effect values for medical items (How much morphine affects HR etc.)

From here we can pick out parts we do not understand and need clarified.

• Values and constants
• Treatment values
• Statemachine
  • This determines what state a unit is in and has a deterministic set of transitions. The code functions relating to these are in the functions folder of medical_statemachine
• Vitals update function
• SPO2
