Add 12.7mm/.50 Caliber Tracer Rounds. #450

Need .50cal rounds for the LRPAS to have tracer added to them. As these rounds are deployed in an anti-materiel role, and they weigh so much. The best candidate for these rounds would be our current AP rounds, as these are the only ones being utilized by Ghost.

As seen, these rounds do exist and are utilized before I catch a "reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee snipers don't use tracers" INB4.
