Find replacements for PROR SMA weapons

SMA will be removed so replacements for the following will need to be found:

- SMA_MK18MOEOD_CCO_LLCTop_blk
- SMA_MK18OD_GL_CCO_LLCTop_blk
- SMA_HK417_16in_ACOG

SMA is used in these unit classes:

- PROR_SF_R
- PROR_SF_TL
- PROR_SF_Med
- PROR_SF_Marks

I will do the replacement, just need a list for each replacement (don't forget magazines, attachments etc)

Ref #546 for SMA replacement. Additionally for the Hk-417’s: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1069692316, the mod is designed to seperate stuff so the 417 can be taken out without issues

Its for PROR so wont be adding any weapon mods for AI. Will be swapping it out to CUP stuff.
