Description

In short this is a bigger, heavily armed, faster, larger cargo space version of the ORC currently used. It has multiple guns with protection and a IR camera.

Additional context

This should be added as it will be to G2s benifit having the ability for more survivability and using a boat in a more offensive capability. Currently we try to avoid contact as the ORC has limited fighting potential. In addition this new boat would allow ViV loading of a quadbike which would mean Ghost could have an additional insertion method. It's a lovely looking mod and in keeping with what the current ORC looks like. I would strongly like to see this added for testing and then hopefully use.

Not going to be added right now as next campaign doesn't include water (sad noises). Campaign after is intended to be on a map thats an archipelago so we can deffo make use of it for then. We'll also add it in good chunk of time before so we can develop SOPs on it.

As you can see all guns are moveable and no issues. Miniguns are difficult to be accurate with so good for suppression only. Others are fairly accurate even on the move.

Survivability is improved even if 1 SPG still can take it out. Speed is much higher meaning tracking from the SPG is unlikely to be able to keep up if the boat is on the move. Crew seem to survive if the boat is destroyed. Likely linked to similar issues with other vehicles. However, I see this as a fair trade-off. Boat destroyed but crew fine = no need for full respawn due to casualties underwater. Slightly janky that there's no destroyed model but kinda cool that it sinks as is. When crew are T1 they also don't appear to show that they are in that state. No slumped over or what have you.

ViV works nicely. It's simple and haven't had an issue with it yet.

Biggest issue I see is that there is no ACE option to push the boat. Therefore if the engines ground out that is it. Boat will be useless. I've tested and as of now there is no paddle mod interactions either.
