Weapons - Allow launcher usage whilst prone #989

Description

As the title suggests, you can use a launcher whilst prone. It also removes the annoying situation of equipping a launcher and it forces you to stand. Too many times has a launcher been possible but overexposure costs the operator. It's also nice that there is a suitable animation for crawling with the launcher. I also think it might be slower to crawl with it.

Mod creator is open to their mod being reused, re-packed, combinations, and even reuploads.

Mod is tiny (0.043MB) Requires ace and CBA but we use those already. Likely to be added to ace in the future but no timeline for this. Realism could be questioned for some launchers but most have taught techniques for shooting prone.
