Vanilla-ish Tatar Translation!

hello! thank you for the pull request, but you could please target the dev/1.0 branch? it has one or two differences in the translation files, and it's the next planned release, so if you could modify the file for that, it would be great.

aside from that, everything looks good, aside in ukulib.position.desc.move where some color code seems to have been replaced by §Ук.

What "Button In Options" actually means?

it references the "uku" button that can be used in the options screen, see attached image
