Update readme with some adjustments #3

This pr is going to make the following adjustments on the readme file:

  1. No need for linking English version in English docs, likewise for Chinese version;
  2. Advise use contributing instead of Co-operation ( after referring to some other popular open source projects);
  3. Use UKUI Community as the top heading;

These are just recommendations for changes. So we may have further discussions. Any feedback is welcome. Thanks.
