Generally, there is a fallback icon theme in many Linux distributions. If an icon is not in the theme which is been in using, this icon switches to the fallback theme. The fallback icon theme is installed in /usr/share/icons/hicolor. The ukui-themes breaks this work. Yast2 can not display its icons from fallback icon theme on openSUSE.
