This command is used to delete suppressed URLs from Solr indexes. But

[ ] It doesn't work when given an alias rather than a collection, so ideally should check the aliases and then step through the collections.
[ ] It doesn't remove the corresponding URLs from the CDX index (and indeed it's not clear if that should always be done).
