Add DC/DCTERMS metadata for e.g. Zotero #55

As per https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/exposing_metadata we should expose basic metadata (like DC.date, DC.title etc.) so tools like Zotero get a half-decent record from us.

n.b. is there some canonical citation forms we should be supporting too?

Here's how it looks currently, if you import into Zotero...

From the documentation, Website Type is intended to be a genre field, e.g. things like 'blog'. Meaning of Website Title versus Title is not clear, and it's not clear if the Short Title can be modified.

So, it looks like the only thing we can usefully add is the Date.

Another option is whether to bring in richer cataloguing metadata from W3ACT/etc. and use this to define other terms like subject/collections, authorship.
