Update translations ahead of LD Access final deployment

For the LD Access service, we need to make sure translations are up to date.

For PyWB, this is based on following https://github.com/ukwa/ukwa-pywb/blob/master/docs/localization.md
This also needs checking for NPLD Player
It would also be good to document how to keep/update the ukwa-site c.f. https://github.com/ukwa/ukwa-site/issues/32
