WONTFIX: website deployment to note and setup the block/allow lists #47

e.g add a script to pull this from GitLab, run that from install and from Airflow?

The Airflow workflows set up the access lists. Choosing not to add this to the website deployment as it would duplicate code for something that is only needed very rarely (when setting up a totally new deployment)
