Add a link to the Wayback search service #35

Provide a link so people can get to the Wayback search page more easily (i.e. https://www.webarchive.org.uk/wayback/archive/). Not clear exactly where to put this link and how to describe it.

After discussions, proposal is to make it possible to switch search modes from the front page.

As of da1564be6271794a78b7829948e3b3e4f148db36 added a URL/Full Text search flipper to the home page

Not quite working as the action URL is not being overridden when pressing return. Will try updating that also while the forum is being filled in.

Okay, now running on BETA for wider evaluation. I'm not sure how accessible the new PyWB calendar is as I can't seem to navigate it effectively via the keyboard. Will ask.
