Pagination of Collections (aka Topics and Themes) #277

List of Topics and Themes became big enough to implement pagination or some other lazy loading solution in order to speed up content loading. Another option could be implement Hierarchy of Top and Sub Collections.

I think this can be closed, as this is now being handled under #257 - please re-open if I'm wrong.
