Improve general layout and main feature display

We have asked Bunnyfoot to create an improved home-page and search-results-page. We will need to pull this in and refresh the site to be consistent with that.

The high-level details are in the Trello board.

General Design

• [ ] Implement site-wide header/footer/general-style changes. e.g. search bar is no longer on every page.
  • Add 'about us' to main navigation.
  • Change wording on 'Archived Date' to 'Date Collected'
  • Change name of 'Special Collections' to 'Topics and Themes'
• [ ] Implement main Home Page as per the proposed design.

Search Page

• [ ] Implement the changes to the Search Results Page, including
  • Clear-all-filters as a button underneath (so mostly design 2)
  • Add button to execute search (rather than rely on magnifying glass symbol)
• [ ] Improve the URL Match display:
  • Question: Does it show matches even if they are not accessible and accessibility is selected? It should.
• [ ] Facet modal for large facet sets. (should be able to use Bootstrap Modals)
• [ ] Give less prominence to pagination. Remove 3 dot icon as not helpful. Insert ‘next page’ label and arrow.
