Language/Second language enhancements #457

In issue #313 the field for the second language was created, but the drop down menu only has two: English and 'Deutsche' (which is pains Sabine as it's gramatically incorrect). We would like two enhancements to be made to both fields:

  1. Drop down menu should contain native British languages in the following order:
Language Language_Country_Variant code
English en or en_GB
Welsh cy or cy_GB
Scottish Gaelic gd
Breton br
Cornish kw
Irish ga
Manx gv
Ulster Scots sco_GB_ulster
Scots sco or sco_GB
Shelta sth
Other

We think adding all official languages as presented in the LoC authority list is not needed as would only add to the confusion.

  1. As some (very few) websites are bilingual in other languages, for example in the 'French in London' collection, we need an option to type in a language. For example selectors could use an option 'Other' in the drop down menu, which would open a text field and give them an option of typing the required language.

I'm trying to mark up these languages correctly using the ISO 639 standard and the information from here:

(Using alpha-2 code for preference, but switching to alpha-3 when there is no alpha-2 defined)
