NLS and NLW contact templates not being applied, all are BL templates #673

I set up a test NLS account https://www.webarchive.org.uk/act/curators/2245 image

Hoping to test if targets created by an NLS user and released by and NLS archivist would send out an NLS template, it seems that the BL template is being sent out instead:

The contact template is again the BL template: image

Apologies, this isn't a bug; the template is not automatically associated with the user's organisation. It has to be chosen, as the default is the BL template. image

Tested on a BL-created target, with an NLS template; the request email is sent with the correct template as expected: image
