Collection targets not visible #688

A new Collection was set up, visiting the page it looks as though no targets exist in the Collection: https://www.webarchive.org.uk/act/targets/collectiontargets?s=title&collectionId=4388 image

However, from PowerBi it looks like there are currently 17 targets that have been tagged into it: image

We can see that there are targets that have indeed been tagged:

Weird, we seem to have a different collection that is populated: https://www.webarchive.org.uk/act/targets/collectiontargets?s=title&collectionId=4389 - have we got two collections with the same name?

It looks like it. I'll try to delete the empty one https://www.webarchive.org.uk/act/collections/4388/
