Update Quick Start documentation, inc. ElasticSearch support. #247

I accidentally edited the Quick-Start-Section in the wiki. I thought that would happen in my fork. So I reverted my changes. I have no idea why I was allowed to change it. Sorry about that!

No worries! I hope you don't mind, but I'll re-purpose this ticket to remind me to review the Quick Start so it includes the new ElasticSearch option.

That's alright. Soon I will make some updates. Due to https://aws.amazon.com/de/blogs/opensource/introducing-opensearch/ - I think better to go with real open source
