Horizontal Menu un-clickable when logged in w/ block in content header #34

Update, this is only on the homepage with the UK slideshow. Again, only occurs when logged in (not sure if it is only admin accounts or not).

I could not recreate this; I'm closing this for now. Please open it again if you can recreate it in the latest commit.
