Developer documentation is missing for casual contributors like me.
The topics like how to set up development environment, etc. would be most welcome.
I've noticed docker files, fabfile.py, etc. but no info on how and when to use them and what is their purpose.
It could be a simple addition to README.md or CONTRIBUTING.md, so contributors, that may not be familiar with django, docker or fabric, can start quickly.
I could write that if I will get enough info on topics.
