New module for trend profile( or we could use the agent-based profile to see whether it works first) @ft2023 Maybe we could discuss.

The definition of trend: a snapshot of where the previous work reach, as a reference for novelty evaluation. For example, to evaluate the novelty of vision mamba, we should know where the mamba and follow up works reach, right?

As for whether we should close this issue, it depends on whether we need to take trend into consideration for novelty evaluation for idea/paper.
