I just found out in issue 7 that apparently this version of kotaka failed to properly spawn the initial world?

In theory kotaka should spawn the initial universe on cold boot

In practice something went wrong because their chargen process choked due to not finding a world. As intended but now I got caught being sloppy with bootstrapping.
