Currently, the filesystem structure from our very own GT Repositories is only working with additional links with the assumption that both final path segments for groundtruth and candidates shall match as domains.
In case of reference directories, it would ease the usage to also accept an optional, additional sub directory (currently: GT-PAGE, but this might change in future) to look for reference data.
