Actually, when run in local dir mode, the file extension jpg is enforced even if a valid, local file extension like tif is already present.

This leads to non-sense file paths like /data/ocr/media/tif/rahbar/1185565752/1185565752_00000076.tif.jpg which simply don't exist.
