Missing stats #7

Description

Starting with 2023-08-08, the following additional statistics are missing within the workflow for each processed print

n_ocr : final number of created ocr-data-files
mb : size for each image in megabyte (required disc space)
mps : dimension for each image in megapixels

Unfortunately this affects the final 1/8 of the ODEM project workload, so our reports regarding the throughput must not include this time period.

needs to be investigated, might interfere with resource monitoring.

There was also stats lost for n_images_total , probably due heavy refactorings .
