Specifying different a different group-by key causes an error

Running the command below produces a KeyError. Removing the -g variable makes it run okay.

iCount-Mini sigxls -g transcript_id gencode.v36.segmentation_icount_mini.gtf.gz sum_merged.bed.gz sigxls.bed.gz
