Getting Ulex/Lexinomicon announced in a publication #23

$100 will be granted to whoever secures the most widely read article announcing Lexinomicon and Ulex. It can be any form of publication, but would most likely be a blockchain related site/magazine/blog. The critieria is total reach of the publication.

@joestartupsocieties - Our next step is to fill-out the details in the Wiki. I added you as the Director and Treasurer and included your original description in the Requirements section.

Do we want to time-box this bounty? Please feel free to add any other criteria or conditions to the bounty page: Bounty-23.

Multiple Executives will compete by providing evidence of their publication and the reach of their article. The Director should be charged with validating the evidence and declaring a winner.

Question: Is this a crowdfunding effort or is the $100 financed by Ulex/StartupSocieties? In either case I believe we should create a BTCPay page. The BTCPay page links to the Bitcoin blockchain and proves to the world that the funds are available and set aside in the Treasurer's wallet.
