Custom layout #26

I noticed a new issue with #24, when navigating from a footnote link back to the text reference the origin link is hidden under the page header (the iframe that displays the "View in GitHub" button).

I propose removing the header and moving the GitHub link to the credits under the title as seen here >> https://macterra.github.io/Ulex/

I also added a Ulex logo that is linked to the top page to make it easy to return from anywhere in the site.

I also recommend using the same layout in Lexinomicon as seen here >> https://macterra.github.io/Lexinomicon/
