Currently, at what might be thought of as this repository's splash page, the README file links at the bottom to a copy of 1.1, at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B96X7U_iuXRedHB2SlZoSGk1UkU/view, that is not as user-friendly as the one at https://github.com/ulex-opensource/Ulex/tree/master/versions/1.1
