cTest_general.cpp mixed with the srcs #11

This file is related to an separate executable which is not built. It should be moved to its own folder.

Not sure, it still works and is useful. When I wrote this (commit f0a44be4e596f31790935dd8c64f168d2a8a30cc), the target were not even existing, as I recall.

If we still want to test the interface data, we are better off writing a python script that will be run with the battery.
